Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram in IRISConnect are chat channels. The agent reads a message, answers from your data and books into Google Calendar. The voice agent answers only a regular phone call. If someone places a Viber call, that is not this service.
Viber AI agent
In Serbia clients often write on Viber. The Viber channel takes messages, gives a price or an open slot and asks for confirmation before writing the calendar.
It connects with its own token. It is billed as its own channel. It is not “the same agent that also calls” — it is a separate service next to the phone.
WhatsApp AI agent
WhatsApp goes through a Meta business account. Same job as Viber: question, answer, slot. You turn it on only if clients write there.
Telegram AI agent
Telegram is useful for a trial: the demonstration bot works without sign-up. For a business you connect your own bot from the panel. That is still chat, not a Telegram call.
When to take chat and when only phone
If people call you — start with the phone. If Viber messages pile up while you work, add Viber. You do not need all three. Each channel has its own price.

Is this a Viber AI agent that answers calls?
No. On Viber, IRIS reads and writes messages. The voice agent answers only a regular phone call.
Can I take only Telegram, without Viber?

Does a WhatsApp business bot see my services?
Yes, if you entered them in the panel. It answers from that description, not from a live web scrape.
