Data we process

For the business account: name, email, channel, location and calendar settings.

For a conversation with a client of that business: message content, channel identifier, name and, if the client provides them, phone or email, plus the appointment written to Google Calendar.

Purpose

Data is used so the assistant can reply, check availability, book, cancel or remind, and so the business can see records in the panel. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing.

Calendar and channels

Booking goes through the Google Calendar the business connects per location. Messages go through Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp, according to the channel the business enables. Channel and calendar credentials are stored on the server, isolated per account.

Retention and requests

Data is kept while the account is active and while it is needed for bookings and message records. For access, correction or deletion write to office@irisconnect.rs. A request may come from the business account or, where the law requires it, from the person whose data appears in the conversation.
