AI booking assistant

The appointment is booked while the client is still writing.

IRISConnect replies on Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp, holds the conversation and writes the slot into your Google Calendar. No menus, no waiting, no fake confirmations.

Client writes on Viber

Product

A receptionist that lives in chat

IRISConnect is an AI assistant that sits in the channels your clients already use and does the job of a receptionist. When someone asks for an appointment, it checks your Google Calendar, offers only open times, asks for a name and an explicit yes — and only then writes the event.

No new app, no form, no hand-off to a phone call. The client stays in Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. You stay in the calendar you already watch. If a slot disappears or the calendar is not connected, the bot says so. It never confirms a booking that was not saved.

Channels

Where your clients already write

No new app. The message arrives on the channel they use, the assistant understands the intent and books it.

Telegram

The webhook is registered from the panel, in one click. The bot starts receiving messages and replies in the same thread — as if the client were writing to a person at the desk.

“Any Friday morning slots?”

Viber

Same flow as Telegram: connect the auth token, register the webhook, and clients write in Viber. The assistant reads the intent and books.

“I need to move my appointment.”

WhatsApp

Clients stay in WhatsApp. Setup goes through Meta, while the same assistant handles the conversation, confirmation and calendar write as on the other channels.

“Book me for 11:30.”

Capabilities

What the assistant actually does

It is not a chatbot that sends a menu. It does reception work: finds a time, books, cancels and reminds.

Open slots

It reads calendar busy times and offers only hours that are truly free, inside your working hours.

Booking with confirmation

Before writing the event it asks for a name and an explicit yes. The appointment exists in the calendar only after the reservation succeeds.

Cancel and status

A client can ask about an existing appointment or cancel it. The bot does not guess — it checks the calendar.

Multiple locations

Each location has its own calendar and working hours. The assistant books where the client wants to arrive.

Reminders

An automatic message before the visit cuts no-shows, on the same channel where booking started.

No false promises

If the calendar is disconnected or a slot disappears, the bot says so. It never confirms something that was not written.

How it works

One conversation, job done

Every step is an action, not a hand-off. The client stays in chat; you see the new appointment in the calendar.

01

Takes the message

The client writes like a person. The assistant understands a booking, a cancellation or a question — no buttons, no IVR tree.

02

Checks the calendar

It looks up open slots by location, duration and working hours, in the moment. It offers only what is available.

03

Asks for confirmation

A name is required; phone and email are optional. Booking starts only after the client explicitly confirms the proposed time.

04

Writes the appointment

The reservation goes into Google Calendar. Only then the bot says it is booked and, if needed, sends a reminder before the visit.

Setup

From token to first appointment

No manual copying of a webhook URL for Telegram and Viber. The panel registers it; you connect the calendar.

  1. 1

    Account and sign-in

You get an invite, set a password and enter the panel. Channels, locations and AI behavior live there.

  2. 2

    Connect a channel

Enter a token for Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. Telegram and Viber webhooks register from the panel; WhatsApp goes through Meta.

  3. 3

    Calendar and location

Share the Google Calendar with the service account, enter the Calendar ID, working hours and appointment length.

  4. 4

    First message

Write to the bot as a client. If it sees an open slot, it will offer a time — and book only after confirmation.

Who it is for

Where messages already replace the phone

Clinics and practices

Appointments over chat, without a busy line and without typing the same slot twice.

Salons and studios

The client books while scrolling. You see occupancy in the same calendar you already use.

Services and trades

A visit or repair is agreed in a message, and the slot is reserved immediately.

Offices with several locations

Each address has its own calendar. The assistant asks where the client is coming, then books there.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. Appointments are written to the Google Calendar you connect for each location. The bot never says it is booked until the calendar confirms the reservation.

Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp. Clients write on the channel they already use — they do not download a new app.

A channel is connected by entering a token. Telegram and Viber webhooks register from the panel, in one click. Then you add a location, share the calendar and you are ready for the first message.

The bot clearly says booking is not available right now. It does not invent slots or leave the client guessing.

It can cancel an existing reservation and send a reminder before the booked time, according to the settings in the panel.
