The service
IRISConnect lets a business receive messages on connected channels and lets the assistant book appointments in a connected Google Calendar. The service is provided under the agreed account and demonstration.
Your responsibility
The business is responsible for accurate working hours, calendars, channel tokens and the content the assistant is allowed to use. The assistant does not confirm a booking until the calendar accepts it, but the business remains responsible for its schedule and its service to clients.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, including outside the business’s working hours. We do not guarantee that third-party services (Google, Meta, Telegram, Viber) will never interrupt. In that case the assistant does not invent slots.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, IRIS GmbH is not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments or damage caused by incorrect calendar or channel setup by the user.
