IRISConnect is an AI assistant for booking appointments on Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram. It is built for salons, clinics, therapy practices, workshops and other small and mid-size teams that lose time on the phone and on typing the same slot twice.

The product is developed by IRIS GmbH. The aim is not a menu chatbot, but a receptionist in the channel the client already uses: the assistant checks open time, asks for confirmation and only then writes the appointment into Google Calendar.
