A client asks for an open slot. IRIS checks the calendar, offers a time and writes the booking only after confirmation.
IRISConnect books from a real Google Calendar. It does not offer busy times and it does not confirm a reservation until the calendar accepts the write. Booking works on a regular phone call. If you turn on Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram, the same flow works in chat — each channel on its own.
How AI books without guessing
When a client says “do you have Friday”, the agent reads the connected Google Calendar. It offers only open times inside working hours. When the client confirms a name and time, the write goes into the calendar.
If someone else took the slot, the agent sees it and offers another time. It does not invent a hole in the schedule.
Phone first, chat if needed
In Serbia slots are still often requested by call. The voice agent books during the conversation. If clients prefer to write, you add Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram as separate services.
Every channel you turn on looks at the same calendar. You do not get two schedules and a double booking.
Changes and cancellations
A client can move or cancel on the same channel. The agent asks which booking, checks the calendar and updates it. You do not copy texts into a spreadsheet after work.
What the owner enters
Services, duration, hours and which calendar belongs to which location. Prices if you want the agent to say them. Without prices it can still book, but it must not invent an amount.

Common questions
Does the AI booking agent see my calendar?
Yes. You connect Google Calendar per location. The agent only offers times the calendar shows as free.
Can I take online bookings without a new number?
Yes. On the phone the client dials the existing number. In chat they write on Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram if you turned that channel on.
What if the client wants to move the appointment?
They say which booking and the new time. The agent checks the calendar and updates it. You see it in Google Calendar.
Does a booking bot invent open slots?
No. If the calendar does not accept the write, the booking is not done. The agent offers another time instead of lying that it is free.
