Profile setup

How is IRIS set up?

First you tell us how your business works. IRIS takes it from there. You do not teach an AI how to run your business — you show it how your business works.

You do not have to be a technical expert. You do not need to install or build anything special.

You do not teach an AI how to run your business. You show it how your business works.

In a few steps you enter your business, services, prices, rules and schedule. IRIS uses that data in conversations with clients and carries out the agreed actions — from answering a question to booking a slot.

Basic business facts

Name, address, hours, contact, location, parking and business rules.

Services and prices

You enter services, duration, prices and whatever clients ask most often.

Slots and calendar

We connect your Google Calendar and define when and how IRIS may book.

How IRIS talks

You define the tone, what it is allowed to say and what it does when it does not know.

Connecting channels

Phone, Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram — you turn on only what you need.

Testing

Before IRIS talks to clients, you can test a conversation and check that it matches how you work.

Setup is not AI training. It is setting up a business profile.

  1. 01

    Create a profile

We open a business profile for your company. This is not an account for a generic AI — it is where your business data lives.

  2. 02

    Enter your data

Services, prices, hours, address, rules and whatever clients ask most often. You show how the business works. We write it into the profile.

Example: “Clients mostly contact us about appointments, prices and availability.”

  3. 03

    Connect calendar and channels

We connect the schedule and turn on only the channels you want: phone, Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram.

    Google Calendar · Telegram · QR · Tablet · WhatsApp · Viber

  4. 04

    Test IRIS

Before it talks to clients, you check the flow: question, answer, open slot, booking. If something is off, you change the profile.

Example: “Do you have a slot on Thursday at 17:00?” — IRIS answers from your schedule.

  5. 05

    IRIS starts working

Clients can ask, check availability or book. A new price or new hours? Change the data in the panel — IRIS uses the new information at once.

The bot does not learn from the internet. You decide what IRIS knows and how it should work.

For example, a salon can use IRIS for appointments, prices and after-hours messages — the same applies to a clinic, workshop, studio or apartments.

Start simple

You do not have to turn on every channel at once. To start, you can use Telegram and a QR code for booking. No extra channel fee and no complicated setup.

When you are ready, you can add Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone AI assistant.
